Join us for a vibrant and interactive experience at our Monthly Senior Djembe Drumming Program with Negus Medhin!
Held at 575 Kingston Road West, Ajax, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, this program offers a wonderful opportunity for seniors to connect with their cultural heritage through the power of drumming.
Beyond the joy of music, participants can:
- Make new friends and have fun in a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
- Improve hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and cognitive function through rhythmic play.
